The Australia First Foundation is a strictly grassroots, youth-led digital political movement. Every single position within our organization—including the Founder/President, National Executives, and State Branch Managers—is an unpaid, voluntary role.

Available Positions 

State Branch Managers (6 Positions Available)

Location: Regional (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS)

Time Commitment: 3–5 hours per week (Flexible around your work/studies)

Status: Unpaid Volunteer

Role Overview:

We are looking for dedicated young conservatives to lead our regional divisions. As a State Branch Manager, you will serve as the primary grassroots coordinator for your home state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard and coordinate local volunteers responding to your state's email inbox.

• Lead regional ground campaigns, petition drives, and community outreach for the Ban Abortion 2026 initiative.

• Monitor state-specific political shifts and report directly to National Leadership.

• Organize local member meetups and networking circles in secure, public venues.

Requirements:

• Must reside in the state you are applying to manage.

• Strong, clear communication skills and high organizational ability.

• Absolute alignment with our core pillars: limited government, free markets, personal responsibility, and preserving Australian identity.
